Keller Rohrback wants to congratulate two of our partners in our commercial litigation practice group, Rob Crichton and Holly Lynch, for achieving a favorable jury verdict for their clients last week in Teleion, LLC v. My3Twelve, LLC in King County Superior Court.

Rob and Holly represented Teleion LLC, an IT consulting company, in a lawsuit against former Teleion management team employees who secretly started their own competing company while still working for Teleion.  In this case, Rob and Holly successfully argued breach of employment agreements, breach of duty of loyalty, and tortious interference with business relations and expectancies in a two-week jury trial.  The jury found in Teleion’s favor and awarded significant damages as a result.  Great job Rob and Holly!
