Will Contests:
We assist clients in challenging or defending the validity of wills. If you believe a Will is invalid due to undue influence, lack of capacity, fraud, or any other reason, or if you need to protect a valid Will against unwarranted claims, our team will provide expert guidance and representation.
Trust and Estate Disputes:
