This year's Legal Foundation of Washington Associates Campaign was an opportunity for Keller Rohrback associates to strut their trivia stuff, and did they ever! Aided by a trivia contest that was expertly hosted by Adele Daniel, the KR team raised $29,880 for the LFW! The local nonprofit, created in 1984 by the Washington Supreme Court, funds 40 civil legal aid programs that serve low-income citizens throughout the state.

On October 10, 2023, District Court Judge Vince Chhabria, issued an order granting final approval of the $725 million class action settlement in In re: Facebook, Inc. Consumer Privacy User Profile Litigation. No. 3:18-md-02843-VC. The settlement represents the largest recovery ever achieved in a data privacy class action and the most Facebook has ever paid to resolve a private class action. Once the appeal period has run, the order paves the way for the Settlement Administrator, Angeion Group, to begin distributing payments to the millions of class members who filed claims.
