Keller Rohrback is excited to welcome associate attorney Katherine Klein to the Complex Litigation team. Katherine, who will be joining the Denver, Colorado office, has significant experience working with environmental and conservation issues. Katherine earned her JD in 2021 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Prior to joining Keller Rohrback, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Stephanie L. Scoville in the 2nd Judicial District for the State of Colorado, and more recently for the Honorable John Daniel Dailey of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
Keller Rohrback is pleased to share the news that Judge Kronstadt in the District Court of the Central District of California has granted Final Approval of a settlement between the Toyota Defendants and consumer Plaintiffs in In Re: ZF-TRW Airbag Control Units Products Liability Litigation. This Toyota-specific settlement does not resolve claims against other automobile manufacturers.

This year's Legal Foundation of Washington Associates Campaign was an opportunity for Keller Rohrback associates to strut their trivia stuff, and did they ever! Aided by a trivia contest that was expertly hosted by Adele Daniel, the KR team raised $29,880 for the LFW! The local nonprofit, created in 1984 by the Washington Supreme Court, funds 40 civil legal aid programs that serve low-income citizens throughout the state.

OGALLA, Oregon’s LGBTQIA+ Bar Association, hosts an annual dinner and gala to support the Bill and Ann Shepherd Legal Scholarship, a fund awarded to third-and-fourth-year law students who are dedicated to donating their legal expertise to fight discrimination, particularly in the area of sexual orientation and gender identity.

This order was the last remaining hurdle before the Government Entity, Personal Injury, and Class Action settlements could be funded.
