About the Summer Associate Experience
Summer associates will be paired with a mentoring attorney who will provide guidance and feedback throughout the summer. Summer associates work closely with partners, associates, and staff on important cases and are offered a wide variety of challenging experiences. Often, the work that our summer associates complete will make impactful and substantive contributions to ongoing cases. Summer associates are encouraged to join in firm events and activities, POC affinity and allyship groups, training opportunities, and community activities. Our summer associate program feeds into the future success of our firm. We encourage summer associates to apply for full-time associate positions following graduation from law school and/or judicial clerkships.
