Vinh Le’s unique combination of analytical skills and his ability to communicate with individuals across a variety of technical, scientific, and academic backgrounds makes him an effective representative for clients across a broad spectrum of practice areas.

Vinh’s professional life began as a research scientist at the University of Washington, where he conducted research in neurophysiology and computational modeling—fields requiring an interdisciplinary approach to problem solving. While he found scientific research intellectually rewarding, its theoretical nature led him to pursue a career in law as a better vehicle for applying analytical prowess to address real-world issues and drive meaningful societal change.

Before joining Keller Rohrback’s Complex Litigation group, Vinh practiced in a variety of areas after earning his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2019. He has served on court-appointed leadership committees for high-profile class actions and mass torts, including the Acetaminophen – ASD/ADHD Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 3043) and the Gilead Tenofovir Cases (JCCP No. 5043). Vinh has been instrumental in developing leadership's pre-trial and trial strategies, particularly in areas of causation, liability, and notice. In addition, he handles cases involving antitrust and unfair competition, tackling issues such as anticompetitive behavior, deceptive trade practices, and price inflation. Vinh also brings significant experience in patent and intellectual property disputes and can pursue complex litigation across diverse industries. A hallmark of his practice is his ability to translate scientific concepts into clear and compelling narratives for clients and courts alike.

A proud Washington native, Vinh spends his free time hiking with his wife and their dog, discovering new restaurants, and playing tennis. He looks forward to the return of the Seattle Sonics with great anticipation.
